We partner with landlords, property management companies and organizations that are open to allow ANAP Independent Living to lease their properties or units on behalf of the individuals we serve.

At ANAP Independent Living, we provide more than just housing — we offer a safe, supportive, and faith-centered community. Our services include affordable fully furnished rooms, utilities and Wi-Fi included, on-site laundry, 24/7 surveillance, and wellness checks. With a drug- and alcohol-free environment and flexible payment options, we ensure every resident has the stability and dignity they deserve.

At ANAP Independent Living, all residents must follow house rules to ensure safety, respect, and stability. This includes maintaining a drug and alcohol free environment, keeping spaces clean, respecting quiet hours, following guest policies, and having a steady source of income. These guidelines create a supportive and peaceful home for everyone.

No surprise bills. Utilities, Drug and Alcohol-Free Environment, Washer and Dryer access, Internet Access, living room access, kitchen access.

No background or credit check but you must have Guaranteed Income (employment, SSI/SSDI/VA Benefits, etc.). Our only requirement is that you are independent and have a steady source of income. 

No. ANAP Independent Living is not a halfway house or assisted living. We serve self-sufficient adults who do not need personal care but benefit from a supportive, structured living environment.

The program fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment due at move-in. It helps cover room preparation, onboarding, and administration setup to ensure a smooth transition into your new home.
